Minimum Bike Requirements: Almost any good working bike. Please bring lights and locks.
Apparel: This ride will be very casual. Anything’ll work just fine. Probably would be helpful to wear clothes you’d feel comfortable stretching in.
Special notes: This ride is lead by our board president, Hannah Lancaster! The yoga session will be beginner friendly (I do not do yoga ever, haha), and it’s BYO yoga mat. I don’t have a yoga mat, but I’m going to go anyways and just do yoga in the grass!
